Who We Are.
Daniel Farrell
Daniel’s been working as a dedicated site booker since 2014 but, with a background in charity fundraising, he remembers what it was like to manage campaigns, and what being at the sharp end of face-to-face sales feels like.
He uses that experience to ground what he does, considering who he’s booking for, what they want to achieve, the locations available, and how the foot flow of a place actually works in business terms.
He’s also spent over eleven years asking questions and listening to the experience of promoters and venue staff, to gain a real understanding of what makes a successful promotion. It’s a strange way to have spent more than a decade, but it does have its benefits.
Riley Pollard
Riley also has a background in charity fundraising, managing partner relationships for a major fundraising agency. She’s got a really in-depth understanding of the operational needs of both large and small face-to-face teams – and what kind of support they need – which she’s great at bringing to her work as a site booker.
Riley prides herself on her thoroughness and attention to detail, she loves getting involved with a new challenge, and she’s great to have in your corner for long-term planning.
Danielle Whitelaw
Dani’s been booking sites for customer acquisition promoters since 2021, working with both shopping centres and train stations before she joined Site Planner. She’s helped promoters from a wide variety of different industries over that time, and her understanding of different clients’ needs and how best to meet them is fantastic.
Dani brings a real can-do attitude to her role, so whether you’re just starting out, or you have a number of teams and regions you need help with, she’s up to the task.
“We’ve worked with Daniel for many years and can’t recommend him highly enough. Site Planner has been instrumental in the growth of our Private Site Campaign and Daniel has consistently delivered — whether through strategic medium-term planning or quick, overnight solutions when needed. He’s a true asset to our campaign.”
